In its second year, workingwise.co.uk launched its #AgeDiversity campaign which includes National Older Workers Week. Drawing on research and best practice, its aim is to help organisations develop policies and procedures that both attract and retain older workers and ensure their organisation is age diverse. Our last event was : Older Workers - The Action Plan.
The final event, during National Older Workers week, focused on concrete steps employers can take to ensure that they are truly age-inclusive and that they tap into all the talent and experience on offer. We were joined by the National Older Workers Week sponsor the Phoenix Group and covered:
